There is a difference between Earth and Malifaux that a person can feel in the air. It is the tingle of potential energy, the prickle of power against the skin. Many folks, after crossing the Breach, find that they can harness this power in different ways, some more potently than others. The most powerful of these, or those foolish enough to practice where anyone can see, draw the eye of the Guild's Witch Hunter Task Force and may earn a midnight visit. What happens to those people who are arrested in the middle of the night is a mystery that may contemplate though few wish to confirm.
