      Poké Jeux is a Canadian-based store specializing in Pokémon cards, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, and other trading card games. We offer sealed products, single cards, and exclusive collector memberships. Our mission is to provide collectors across Canada with authentic products and excellent service.
      2. How can I place an order?

      You can place an order directly on our website www.pokejeux.ca.

      Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out securely using one of our accepted payment methods.
      3. Do you ship internationally?

      Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
      4. Do international orders include customs duties or taxes?

      We do not charge taxes or VAT outside of Canada. However, all international orders must be declared at full value on the invoice to comply with customs regulations.

      Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by your country are not under our control and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
      5. How long does shipping take?

      How long does shipping take?

      • Within Canada: 1–7 business days (depending on your location).

      Please note: Orders shipped as letter mail without tracking through Canada Post may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

      • USA: 3–10 business days.
      • International orders: 3–21 business days, depending on the destination.

      Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

      In addition to shopping in-store, you can also attend local events, product launches, and enjoy convenient in-store pickup for your online orders.
      7. Can I sell my Pokémon cards to Poké Jeux?

      Yes! We buy Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Lorcana cards.

      Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
