By visiting pokejeux.ca or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using pokejeux.ca, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — minor variations in packaging may occur.

We make every effort to accurately describe products. In the event of a discrepancy between a product description and the actual item, the item as received governs, subject to your rights under applicable law.

3. PRICING

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

Pricing errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund. See our Price Error Policy for details. We do not engage in bait-and-switch pricing.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are placed by automated tools or for resale in violation of our quantity limits.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact.

Payment is collected in full at checkout. For pre-orders, full payment is required at time of order. See our Pre-Order Policy.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation terms vary by order type and value. Please review our Order Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

  • Orders under $100 CAD: may be cancelled without fee before shipment
  • Orders $100 CAD or more: subject to a 10% cancellation fee from the moment of purchase
  • All pre-orders: subject to a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order value or reason

These fees are disclosed at checkout and form part of the purchase agreement.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales at Poké Jeux are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on TCG singles, sealed products, or collectibles. This policy protects our customers from receiving tampered or resealed products.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by this policy. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including your legal warranty rights.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are subject to additional terms. Release dates shown are estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturer or distributor delays. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all pre-orders. See our Pre-Order Policy for full details.

8. SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Boucherville, QC, Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and charges imposed by their country. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on pokejeux.ca — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Poké Jeux or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Pokémon and all related names and imagery are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Lorcana is a trademark of The Walt Disney Company. Poké Jeux is an authorized retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these rights holders.

10. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on pokejeux.ca, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or any of our store policies.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose
  • Place orders using automated tools, bots, or scripts
  • Purchase quantities intended for resale in violation of our limits
  • Attempt to circumvent our security measures or gain unauthorized access to any system
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our site — including product descriptions, prices, and availability — is accurate and current. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poké Jeux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

14. PRIVACY & COOKIES

Your use of pokejeux.ca is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and deliver relevant advertising (including via Google, Meta, and TikTok). You can manage your cookie preferences through the consent banner displayed on our site.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.

Your rights as a consumer under applicable provincial and federal law are not waived or limited by these terms.
