Terms & Conditions – Poké Jeux Lifetime VIP Membership

 

By purchasing a Poké Jeux Lifetime VIP Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following:

 

  1. Eligibility: Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase and participate in the program.
  2. Definition of “Lifetime”: “Lifetime” refers to the duration of the Poké Jeux Lifetime VIP Membership Program, or until Poké Jeux, at its sole discretion, discontinues the program. It does not refer to the natural lifetime of the purchaser.
  3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Membership is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold. All Membership sales are final and non-refundable.
  4. Discount Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to clearance items, liquidation sales, gift cards, or certain third-party products as determined by Poké Jeux.
  5. Preorder Access: Priority or early preorder access does not guarantee product availability. Product allocations may be subject to quantity limits per customer.
  6. Annual Gifts/Packs: Any annual gifts or packs included with Memberships are provided for a maximum of 10 years and are subject to change in value, contents, and availability without prior notice.
  7. Program Changes & Termination: Poké Jeux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership program at any time, for any reason, with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice (email or website announcement).
  8. Revocation of Membership: Poké Jeux reserves the right to revoke Membership, without refund, in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of store policies.
  9. Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the judicial district of Longueuil, Québec.
