At Poké Jeux, we proudly ship worldwide from Boucherville, Québec, Canada. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).


SHIPPING ORIGIN & PROCESSING

All orders ship from Boucherville, QC, Canada. Processing time is 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

All products are 100% authentic, sealed, and sourced from official distributors. Orders are carefully packaged to minimize transit damage.

United States 3–10 business days
International 3–21 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


SHIPPING CARRIERS & TRACKING

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited® or equivalent tracked carrier. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

We recommend tracked shipping for all international orders containing high-value singles or sealed products.


FREE SHIPPING — USA

Orders of $200 CAD or more (before taxes) qualify for free shipping to the USA via UPS. Cannot be combined with other promotions.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and charges imposed by their country's authorities. Poké Jeux does not collect, reimburse, or estimate these fees.

All international packages are declared at full product value as required by applicable Canadian law. We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as gifts. Requests to do so will not be accommodated.


PACKAGING & COSMETIC DAMAGE

International shipments travel longer distances and through more carrier handling. Minor cosmetic wear on outer packaging (box corners, shrink wrap) can occur during international transit — this is normal and does not affect the sealed contents inside. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.


LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracked shipment shows as delivered but was not received, contact your local post office or customs authority first. If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Poké Jeux is not liable for packages confiscated by customs or stolen after confirmed delivery.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address, including postal/zip codes and country, before placing your order. Poké Jeux is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
