ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS
All purchases at Poké Jeux are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any TCG singles, sealed products, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, accessories, or collectibles — for any reason.
This policy exists to protect our customers and our community. The TCG industry is heavily targeted by return fraud: opened products resealed, cards removed, packs weighed and cherry-picked. Our strict policy ensures every customer receives a genuine, untampered product. Major retailers including Walmart and Target have eliminated TCG returns for the same reason.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
COSMETIC PACKAGING — NOT A DEFECT
The outer packaging of sealed TCG products (shrink wrap, cardboard box, sleeve, or tin) is designed to protect the contents — not for display. Minor wear and tear during shipping and distribution is normal and expected across the entire TCG industry. Even the official Pokémon Center states they cannot guarantee pristine outer packaging.
The following are NOT defects and are NOT grounds for any claim, return, or refund:
- Shrink-wrap tears, looseness, or small openings
- Corner dents or dings on the outer box
- Scuffs, scratches, or print variations on packaging
- Box warping from transit humidity
- Creases on the outer sleeve or box
The sealed contents (booster packs, cards, accessories) inside are fully intact and unaffected. If pristine outer packaging is critical to your purchase, contact us before ordering — we will check available stock.
YOU MAY CONTACT US IF
You may contact us if:
- You received a product materially different from what was described or ordered (wrong item shipped)
- A sealed product is missing contents due to a manufacturing or fulfillment defect
- A product is counterfeit
These situations are extremely rare and represent errors on our part — not subjective dissatisfaction with contents. To exercise this right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear description:

We will review all claims. Claims that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed. Refunds legally owed are issued within 15 days to your original payment method.
WHAT IS NOT A VALID CLAIM
The following are NOT covered under any circumstances:
- Disappointment with booster pack contents
- Cards received are "worth less" than expected
- Outer packaging cosmetic damage (see above)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Opened products of any kind
- Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Claims without photographic evidence
SINGLES — CONDITION
Singles are graded using Near Mint (NM) as the default standard unless otherwise stated. Minor print lines and factory surface imperfections are standard characteristics of NM cards, consistent with industry grading standards. These are not defects.
If a card arrives in a condition significantly below what was listed, contact us within 7 days with photos.
NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Do not ship products back to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
