ACCURACY

Poké Jeux makes every effort to maintain accurate pricing across our store. In the event of a system error, data entry mistake, or misapplied discount resulting in an incorrect price, the following applies.

OUR RIGHT TO CORRECT

Poké Jeux reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. An order placed at an erroneous price does not constitute a binding contract at that price.

IF AN ERROR IS FOUND BEFORE SHIPMENT

If a pricing error is identified before your order ships, we will contact you by email or phone and offer:

1. Full cancellation with 100% refund — no fees, no penalties
2. Fulfillment at the corrected price, with your explicit written confirmation

We will never ship an order at a corrected price without your approval.

IF PAYMENT WAS ALREADY PROCESSED

If your payment was collected at an incorrect price and we cannot honor that price, a full refund will be issued within 15 days to your original payment method.

MARKET FLUCTUATIONS

Normal market price increases after your order is placed are not considered pricing errors. We will honor the price confirmed at checkout.

GOOD FAITH

This policy covers genuine technical errors only — system glitches, data entry mistakes, or misapplied discounts. Poké Jeux does not engage in bait-and-switch pricing. Any pricing irregularity is addressed promptly and transparently.
