The witch covens of Obojima dedicate themselves to delving into all the hidden secrets locked away on the island. Secrets that each coven try to keep from another in a sportspersonlike rivalry. Each major coven holds a volume of a book known as Granny Prumple's Almanac of Island Ingredients: The How-Tos and What-Fors on the Craft of Potions, in Seven Volumes, which they each guard closely as a reference for their magical potion brewing techniques. The Fish Head Coven, which is the largest and most influential of the covens, boasts owning a stately two volumes. The witch covens are a part of the whimsical tapestry that weaves Obojima into such a magical place!
