We ship worldwide from Boucherville, QC. Tracking is provided for most shipping methods.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Canada: 1–7 business days
Canada (letter mail, no tracking): up to 4 weeks
USA: 3–10 business days
International: 3–21 business days

Free Shipping:
Orders of 200 CAD or more qualify for free shipping to Canada and USA (UPS only).

International Orders:
Customs duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. All invoices declare full product value as required by law.

Returns:
All TCG singles, sealed products, and collectibles are final sale. No returns or exchanges. For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pokejeux.ca or (450) 356-1007.
